He opened his family gifts this morning (watch, camera, spiderman hat and gloves, spiderman wallet, nascar builders and a solar system from NANA). He gets to pick where he wants to eat dinner tonight! and SUNDAY is his big party at the skating rink!

Ava is doing so much now! She's been crawling for a few weeks, now standing and even took a step yesterday. She slept all night last night and when I went in she was STANDING up in the crib! Now she's at my feet clapping to the WIGGLES!

we took them out to dinner (twice) for getting such good grades on their report cards.

Okay my kids have been out for 11 days! Finally went back today!
We had Fall Break last week, then 2 days off to because of lack of gas in the wake of Hurricane Rita!
RITA WHAT A PITA!!! anyways.......
They were bored to tears and I was NEAR TEARS trying to keep them entertained! They are so used to their busy SCHOOL days that being home with MOMMY just isn't fun anymore!!!
So we are back into the swing of things: early mornings, lunch boxes, PTA, volunteering and today I had to make cupcakes for Sean's Teacher. Friday we are making apple turnovers!
Yesterday Alex and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary, 13 years together total, we had a quick lunch at OCharley's between running errands with the kids..I know romantic , eh??
Anyhoo, that's my quick update, I'm now preparing for Fall Festival Oct. 15th (kids school) and working on a new product line for MADE4YOUBYCHANNY.com

Allyson and Sean were very excited about Picture Day today!
Sean was decked out in his DRESSY spiderman button down shirt...as if Spiderman can be DRESSY! but it was his choice!
Allyson had on a brand new jean outfit that Nana picked out! it has a fur color and everything! She also had big girl curls!!!
Ava was cranky this morning and is already back in her crib, I'm gonna use this quiet time to NAP!
**YAWN**
This past week has been sooooooooo hectic!
I volunteered at the school every day, different classrooms and different duties each day!
THen I had a room parent meeting, PTA meeting, and Teacher meeting all in one week!
The kids had a red/white/and blue assembly Friday in honor of 9/11 and I had to make 200 RW&B hats for that!
Then INLAWS came in on Thursday and we've been shopping and just hanging out every minute of the day!
I attended with them a Grandparents Social and had lunch at the kids school and we also shopped with them at the BOOK FAIR!!
then me, the kids and mil went out for dinner last night while the boys (dh and FIL) stayed home. ME and NANA had a very YUMMY long island iced tea drink that was soooo good! we both went to bed by 930pm!!
FUN , EXCITING and EXHAUSTING!
Next week is picture day, curious george week, craft day (i'm in charge of UGH) and alex will volunteer in Sean's classroom.
the week of the 19th they have FALL BREAK...5 days off! I'm looking forward to a week of not getting up at 6am!!!

even a $1.00 would help those that survived Hurricane Katrina! One of our neighbors is taking all the donations from our neighborhood over to the kids school. I went out this morning and got pampers, wipes and some other things. I hope all these donated items makes to SOMEONE that needs it super fast!!!
My heart breaks everytime I see the news and those affected! I feel silly for the things I've complained about in the past!!! Nothing I've gone thru even compares to what they are going thru. I'm sooooooo grateful!

They came home with sooooooooo much work they'd done this week. I was amazed! Sean's done more work in these 2 weeks than Allyson did all last year!
I'm so happy with his teachers. I can tell each day he comes home a little more mature! He's been Star Student already and awarded a prize for being a good listener. He also got to bring home FROGGY (a stuff frog) to spend time with our family, it was so cute...LAYOUT TO COME SOON!
Allyson is loving her teacher as well. She brought home a ton of art projects and her handwriting is amazing! We visited her classroom on curriculum night and I read all her composition books in her desk and SMILED with pride with all the things she wrote! and it was all about her FAMILY! My daddy is strong, My mommy is a good scrapbooker (I cracked up with this one) anyhoo I'll post them once she brings them home for good!
Well that's it for the night, I'm off to an all day crop tomorrow (8hours) WOOHOO!!!
Today we had lunch at the kids school. I'm so dang impressed with this school! and so is NANA!
She ate with Allyson and I ate with Sean..tomorrow we'll switch!

well I didn't have any film in the freaking camera ALL DAYY LONG!!

Our blinds are being installed today! YES! can you believe they still have work to do on this house! I'm just glad we are in it!
They also have to install towel bars and TP holders, and also towel rings in the powder room!!! Yes we have a POWDER ROOM!!!
I'm hoping they can get it all done TONIGHT!

We are *settled* into our new house..well sort of! Still boxes everywhere but all the essential stuff is in its place!
We took a break from unpacking and entertained some family members, lots of eating out and we even managed to squeeze in some time at Dave & Busters! The kids had a blast!
WHEW what a morning!!!
We had to drive to the new house, new neighborhood, and to the NEW BUS STOP! I was able to take a quick photo and the bus arrived. We followed of course after Sean and Allyson jumped on board.
Once at the school they followed directions and we were just BEAMING!! everyone made it to where they had to be!!!
We then took a few more pics in the classroom, then we drove back home..I didn't cry like I thought I would but my heart felt like it was breaking!
and MY HOUSE is soooooo quiet! I bet Ava is wondering where is my brother and sister???
I really hope we get a call about the house today...I can't wait to have those keys in my dirty, unmanicured, been packing for 3 days FINGERS!!!
Today we went to Allyson and Sean's NEW SCHOOL - Liberty Elementary for Kindy orientation!
We are so impressed with this school it was soooooo hi-tech..the kindy orientation was done in Powerpoint and in each classroom there are 5 computers!!!
They also have 2 computer labs and a huge media center!
After orientation we were allowed to visit the classrooms!!!!
OMG I got so teary eyed when I saw Sean's name on his classroom roster!
The teacher (Ms. Michaud) Pronounced ME-SHOE was so nice and had the classroom all set up!! She took pics of the kids and Sean charmed her right off the bat!!!
Tomorrow we have Allyson's 1st grade orientation! HOw will I make it thru the first day of school with both my babies gone!!!
I don't know if I should be afraid of Kaysar or applaud his ability to put a house in such a UPROAR!!
Last nights epi was soooooooo good! I was on the edge of my seat!!!
So I can't figure kaysar out! he seemed like such a "I just want to fit in, learn about me and my daily praying, I'm nice" sort of guy and now he's turned into a "I've been planning my calculating moves for 2 weeks and everything is going as planned , I'm the KINGGGGGG wuhaaaaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaa" in that evil sinister DR. EVIL sort of way kind of guy....

okay I actually got hit on, while driving (and sweating) in this HEAT!!!
A moving van was driving next to me as I headed down to the scrapbook store. I could tell they were trying to get my attention (ya know driving RIGHT beside me, waving, blowing horn) - I tried to ignore them. It was 3 boys couldn't have been over 18!
Then they yelled out the window. OMG! THAT got my attention! I whispered SORRY HONIES! Then replied back (while flashing wedding bands)
"I'm married with 3 kids I don't have time for you young boys YELLING OUT YOUR WINDOWS at me!!!
They smiled and drove off! I admit it made me feel good for a sec!!! Momma still has it....a lil bit.

it's been raining I mean pouring for 24hrs straight here, Dennis (the menace) has come and gone but its still raining in GEORGIA!!!
Sean asked me tonight if he could change his birthday to August and have his party then.
He says he just can't wait for December that would take sooooooo long but since tomorrow is July 1st - August will be here soon....

spent memorial day weekend in Virginny with fam. it was great...spent a lot of time playing cards..had several tournies going...
I must admit I was at the losing table A LOT!!! no fun I tell ya!!!
Spent most of weekend gaining back the 10lbs I just lost after having Ava! egads!!!
how can I possibly watch all these season finales..in every time slot!

Okay I'm a walmart junkie I admit, I don't go a day without thinking "WHAT DO I NEED FROM WALMART!"
Always low prices, ALWAYS! (sean is always telling me this now)
"Mom can I have a new bubble blower? We could get it from Walmart they always have low prices, ALWAYS!"
So today we made our third (weekly) trip to Walmart. Where else can you fill up your gas tank ($1.88), develop pictures, get reprints, buy Orange Juice, socks, a BUBBLE Blower, pampers, celery, scrapbook supplies (GLUE DOTS and GLUE TABS) andddddddddddddddddddd a spiderman hat all in one PLACE for a reasonable price!

Everyone in my house is fighting something a fever, allergies, a cold, a headache, a cough...its miserable.
and I'm sooooooooooooo not used to this. Allyson didn't even have a common cold til she entered Kindy.
and since then she's been sick every week..its really wearing on us as I don't know how to treat a sick KID!!!
Last night I laid in the bed with her for hours as she coughed and coughed and coughed...finally I asked Alex to relieve me and finally she went to sleep with her daddy in her bed. This morning she's dressed as a princess as its DRESS UP DAY since her class (along with the whole school) won a book challenge.
We will take her to the docs this afternoon to see if there is anything ELSE we should be doing to give her a little relief.
Sean is also hacking and not really having an appetite. In fact he only wants to eat "OTTAMINS" (Almonds for those that can't speak Sean's language)

Last night I looked my 3 sleeping beauties and felt so grateful for them.
For Mother's Day I spent a few hours at the Scrapbook Store..It was National Scrapbook Day!
So I did a few demos, coached a few customers and bought some YUMMY PAPERS!
The kids (and Alex) took me to lunch at Joe's Crab Shack

and presented me with gift certificates..so afterwards I did a little shopping for some much needed spring clothes!!!
Nana sent me a gift certificate as well..it was spent within an hour of me receiving it! ;)
We welcomed our 3rd child AVA CHERRY on February 27th, 2005!! She was 2 weeks early and already 7lbs. 5oz.
Everyone is always asking us...so what's new?? So Alex has convinced me to start a daily, weekly, monthly..whenever I have time to type - BLOG...
